Practice plans include something unusual: the ability to create full, independent IQ Suite accounts for your clients—at no additional cost. Not shared access. Not pooled credits. Genuinely separate premium accounts.
View Practice Plans
When you subscribe to a Practice plan, you gain the ability to create IQ Suite accounts for your clients. These aren't limited "viewer" accounts or shared logins—they're complete, standalone accounts.
Each client account functions identically to a paid individual subscription. Your clients can log in with their own credentials, access their own dashboard, and use their own monthly credit allocation.
The key distinction: these accounts are provisioned by you, linked to your practice, and included in your Practice plan subscription. Your clients don't pay anything, and the accounts don't draw from your practice's credit pool.
Each client has their own email and password. No shared logins.
Clients see only their own data and reconciliations.
Monthly credits refresh independently, not drawn from your pool.
ReconcileIQ, CodeIQ, LedgerIQ—the complete toolkit.
Creating client accounts is straightforward. There's no complex setup or approval process—it's built into your Practice dashboard.
From your Practice dashboard, navigate to the Client Accounts section. You'll see your current allocation and usage at a glance.
Enter your client's email address. They'll receive an automatic welcome email with their login credentials and getting started guide.
Your client logs in, sets their preferred password, and immediately has access to their personal IQ Suite dashboard.
The account is active. Credits refresh monthly. Your client can use ReconcileIQ, CodeIQ, and LedgerIQ independently.
The number of client accounts you can create depends on your Practice plan. These limits match typical client base sizes at each practice level.
It's worth being specific about what clients actually get, because this isn't a "lite" version or restricted access tier.
Each client account includes their own login credentials (email and password they control), a personal dashboard showing only their reconciliations and data, monthly credits that refresh independently (not drawn from your practice's allocation), and full access to all three products.
The account functions identically to what they'd receive if they subscribed individually. The only difference is that it's provisioned through your practice rather than purchased directly.
Individual IQ Suite Starter plans cost £5/month (£60/year). Here's what Practice plans include.
These figures represent what clients would pay if purchasing individually at the Starter tier. In practice, not every client will actively use their account, and the value is ultimately determined by how useful the software is to them—not by hypothetical price comparisons. We present these numbers for transparency, not as a sales pitch.
There's a reason we built this feature: it changes the relationship between practices and their clients in a meaningful way.
When you provide clients with software they use regularly—for reconciling their accounts, coding their transactions, analyzing their finances—you become more than a service provider. You become infrastructure.
This isn't about "lock-in" through contracts or artificial switching costs. It's about providing genuine value that makes your practice indispensable. Clients stay because leaving would mean giving up tools they've come to rely on—tools that cost them nothing.
The things you're probably wondering about.
Yes—you're the one inviting them and they receive the welcome email explaining the account is provided by their accounting practice. The IQ Suite interface itself is neutral, but there's no deception involved.
Existing accounts remain active until you explicitly remove them. You won't be able to create new accounts until you're under your new limit. We don't automatically delete client accounts.
Currently, no. Client accounts remain at the included tier. If a client wants additional features or higher credit limits, they would need to subscribe independently.
The main limitation is the account cap per plan tier. Beyond that, accounts are genuine—not trial accounts, not time-limited, not feature-restricted. We include this feature because engaged clients mean retained subscribers.
Each client account receives 2,500 credits per month. This refreshes independently of your practice's credits.
No. Client accounts are fully private. You can see which accounts you've created and whether they're active, but you cannot access their dashboards, reconciliations, or usage details.
